Profiler:
It all starts with capturing data from and profiling your visitors. When signing up for resort information and offers, we provide the template to ask all the right questions. Armed with exactly who your visitors are, you can direct your communications and offers to build a better quality relationship and enjoy increases in both patronage and revenue per visitor.
Profiler is divided into several categories. First there is the complete contact information including address, phone numbers, and email addresses. Then it moves into personal information collecting credit card information and preferred/existing living arrangements while visiting. Finally we gather important consumer preference data by offering opt-in notifications by category for retail interests, season pass sales, events, resort dining, equipment rental and off-mountain activities. This enables you to market the right packages to the appropriate target audience.
On Mountain Promotions:
Within the Profiler visitors can activate the calendar for the days they are “on mountain.” Customers set their preference by each individual category as to how they wish to receive information on the topic they have selected, chosing from SMS, Voice messaging or Email.
Enable your marketing department to improve the on mountain experience with offers and reminders. It might be a scheduled wakeup call with the snow report or the grooming report sent via SMS or a coupon for discounts on dining or retail shops.
Consider offering sponsorship of your on mountain messaging to local establishments and monetize your consumer communications.
Database Management:
You probably have several databases or lists. Maybe one for season passes. One for newsletters. Another for equipment rentals. Perhaps a list of people who have used your on mountain accommodations and other miscellaneous buckets of information. With our interactive voice messaging, calls can be launched with last minute reminders before price increases and customers can even complete the purchase using the touch tone pad, if their credit card information is on file. Often resorts send the same information out to people irrespective of whether they are boarders, skiers or off season visitors.
